I believe in self-expression. If you have a car or truck, you should (and you do) have the right to put just about anything on the bumper that you like.
You can have a bumper sticker that supports President Obama or a bumper sticker that supports Donald Trump. You can have a sticker supporting gay rights or a sticker saying you believe marriage should be between a man and a woman. You can show your support for gun control. You can show your support for gun rights.

In America, you can even hang a big old pair of testicles from the back of your truck. You may have seen them swinging from the hitch of a pickup truck driving down the highway. These are called Truck Nutz. Some people think they are funny.
I’ll tell you what’s not funny: It’s not funny when the guy (it’s always a guy) driving the truck with the Truck Nutz gets injured in a car accident. Then that guy comes to me and I have to deal with the insurance companies. The insurance companies get the pictures of the accident and see a big ol’ pair of balls hanging off the bumper of my client’s pickup truck.

What do you think that does to the case’s settlement value?
If the personal injury case gets tried to a jury and if the photos get put into evidence, what do you think that does to the case value?
I am all in favor of living your life the way you want to live it, and I am all in favor of self-expression.

But I have come to the firm conclusion that friends don’t let friends drive around with Truck Nutz on their vehicles.
