Mark primarily represents those who have been injured in car accidents, commercial truck and bus accidents, and motorcycle accidents. Mark also represents people injured in premises liability accidents such as slip and falls, trip and falls, and other accidents occurring on land. Mark has broad experience litigating asbestosis and mesothelioma personal injury and wrongful death cases.
Prior to joining Schwartz & Schwartz, Mark was an Associate with Reilly, Janiczek & McDevitt, where he focused on the defense of products liability, toxic torts, premises liability, general liability, and motor vehicle cases.
Mark is a 2009 graduate of Widener University School of Law, in Wilmington, Delaware, where he was a Member of Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society and went on to graduate Magna Cum Laude (with high honors).
